acro kids parties
Our parties are heaps of fun for kids and easy for parents! Enjoy a mini acro, acro or ninja party with your friends. Parties can be catered to all levels of ability and are designed for ages 1 – 13 yrs.
Mini Acro parties are for 1 – 4 yr olds and are parent assisted. We will play games, do mini circuits and have lots of fun exploring our equipment and activities.
Acro parties are for 4 – 13 yr olds and focus on tumbling games and circuits such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, flips and lots more.
Ninja parties are for 4 – 13 yr olds and focus on ninja games and circuits with lots of running, jumping, swinging, climbing, vaulting and flipping.
You’ll enjoy having the whole venue to yourself hosted by our awesome Acro Kids coaches.
So whether it’s a birthday or end of year break up you’re celebrating, we can’t wait to help you have an awesome time!
Acro Kids parties include
1.5hrs of party time
approximately 1hr of games/circuit activity and 30 mins which includes time for food/cake and supervised free play. You will also have an additional 15mins at the start and end of your booking to allow time for you to setup and pack up. Food/drink is not included, you’re welcome to BYO snacks, drinks and cake.

- Sundays – 10-11.30am, 12.30-2pm & 3-4.30pm

costs
- Fridays 5.30pm, Saturdays & Sundays – $375 for up to 12 children (including the birthday child). Each additional child is $15.
$60 surcharge for parties over 20 children, parties over 30 children incur $120 surcharge (for additional coaches).
how it works
- Fill in the party enquiry form below if you have any questions or click on the links above to go straight through to booking your party online.
- A $175 deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- Party balances are due the Wednesday prior to the date of your party. We will send an email the Monday prior to the date of your party to confirm your final numbers.
- You may change the number of guests up to close of business on the Wednesday prior to the date of your party.
- Day of your party booking, please arrive no earlier than 15 mins prior to your party start time, you’ll also have 15 mins at the end of the party to pack up.
- Please bring your own food, drinks and cake. There is no kitchen available to store or reheat food, so please keep that in mind. We will have trestles, tablecloths and chairs available for use. Please BYO plates, cups, napkins etc.
- If you wish to bring balloons, they must be freestanding and weighted. No pinatas please. Nothing is to be stuck/attached to walls.
- Party cancellations – if you cancel your party more than 14 days prior to the date of your booking, you will receive the deposit you paid as a credit to use for a future party booking or any other Acro Kids service. If you cancel or request to change the date of your party less than 14 days before the date of your booking, $175 of your deposit will not be credited. If you cancel your party for any reason less than 24 hours before the party time $250 of your total payment will not be credited.
